    One dead zebra, at least.

  2. Zebras are a protected species, why not buy something like a synthetic copy of the original. Those that die in game reserves are eaten by other predators, however, there are private game reserves where one may be able to find one.
In addition to all of the above, realize too that your country or region may have an embargo against the importation of these skins for conservation reasons and for decease control such as Hoof & Mouth, Mad Cow or any other agricultural pests

why buy a zebra skin rug ????? thats well out of fashion cred now…….zebras are protected…u r well uncool

  4. Otto B says:

    How about some ivory?

Zebras are protected animals in this country and besides that, they will not let you leave the country with a zebra rug in your baggage.
    So forget about it.

I don’t think you’ll find any for sale. If you’re found with one you could be arrested ( for poaching).

  6. DolphinLami says:

South Africa takes poaching very seriously, you will be classed and treated the same as any drug or diamond smuggler.

  7. nightmair says:

Some disinformation in earlier answers. Zebras are culled in SA. At the airport in Cape Town you can buy a humanely culled Zebra skin. Why you would is a different question

  8. chersgaz says:

Take a picture of a real live one. why do u want a dead animals skin.

  9. Kyle S says:

Have no idea….why do you want one…. Zebras are beautiful animals don’t perpetuate. Why not just ask the local DBN peeps they might know…

  10. bumpbump says:

The same as it would cost on a market stall in Nottingham or Derby :

    ONE ZEBRA.
